Can I Cancel and Get A Refund (Only Within 24 Hours of Order)?

Please note that refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order.  After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted. If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact Eleonora Beracasa within 24 hours of your order at hello@eleonoraberacasa.com.

Can I Exchange or Return My Order?

No, all sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges permitted.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Broken? 

Should your order arrive damaged, you must notify us within three (3) days of the product being delivered and signed for at hello@eleonoraberacasa.com to have the item replaced. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the product(s) back. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if item(s) show signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, or damaged in any way. Further, items that you have kept for more than three (3) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be postmarked no later than four (4) days after receipt of delivery.

Do You Offer Resizing?

Yes. Most rings can be resized, but there are limitations as to how much larger or smaller it can be resized. For more information please email hello@eleonoraberacasa.com. 

Can I Personalize Products?

Many of our products can be personalized through engraving. To find out if a specific piece can be personalized, please contact hello@eleonoraberacasa.com.

Do You Offer Repairs?

Yes. If your item needs to be repaired for any reason, please email us hello@eleonoraberacasa.com. Please be sure to be specific about the damage, include photos, and the order number associated with the product. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the repair and the shipment. If your product is damaged within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product, the cost of the repair will be covered by Eleonora Beracasa.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

$15 Flat Rate for domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). All orders are shipped UPS Ground with signature required. Overnight and 2nd day shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

No. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All deliveries require signature.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Please keep in mind that delivery times for international orders vary. When shipping outside of the United States, there may be taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Eleonora Beracasa is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. We typically use DHL to ship internationally.

What forms of Payment are accepted?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Payment cannot be split across multiple credit cards.

Is there Sales Tax?

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states which Eleonora Beracasa is required by law to collect and remit sales tax to the state and/or county which the order was delivered. Requirements for collecting and remitting sales tax are set by each state and are subject to changes out of our control.

How do I use a discount code?

Discounts can be applied to your order at checkout. Please review the terms and conditions associated with each discount.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed before the discount code became valid, except if the discount code became valid within 24 hours of when the order was placed. No more than one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Do I Need To Sign For My Package?

All jewelry shipments require a direct signature. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
