Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

All orders ship from our insured fulfillment center in Miami, Florida. Every shipment is fully insured and requires secure signature delivery — because your piece deserves the same care we put into crafting it.

If a signature cannot be obtained at delivery, the carrier will follow standard re-delivery procedures. Delivery is confirmed by carrier tracking with signature verification.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates

United States: Complimentary on all orders.

International: $35 flat rate.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Pieces

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Crafted-to-Order & Personalized Pieces

Our crafted-to-order and personalized pieces are made specifically for you in solid 14K gold. Please allow 5–8 weeks for production. Your piece will ship once it is complete, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders with Both In-Stock and Crafted-to-Order Items

Your pieces will ship as they become ready. If you would like all items to ship together, please leave a note at checkout or email us at hello@sparklesociety.com.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery estimates do not include customs delays or carrier disruptions.

 

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Sparkle Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a domestic package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship.

 

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once tracking confirms delivery with signature verification, Sparkle Society is not responsible for loss or theft at the delivery location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Certain countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier.

Sparkle Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Any charges incurred on a refused delivery, as well as the cost of returning the package, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
