Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every Sparkle Society piece is crafted in solid gold and thoughtfully sourced for you.
Because we allocate materials specifically for each order, our policies reflect the care and craftsmanship behind every design.
If you need assistance with a cancellation, return, or exchange, our team is here to help.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not begun.
After this time, gold sourcing and preparation may already be underway.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel the sparkle the moment your piece arrives.
Within 14 days of confirmed delivery (as verified by courier tracking), we offer exchanges or full store credit, valid for 12 months toward any piece in our collection. Many clients choose to exchange for a different size, variation, or upgrade to another design.
Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in Sparkle Society packaging.
Because each Sparkle Society piece is crafted in solid gold and materials are sourced specifically for your order, returns outside of this 14-day window cannot be accommodated.
All returns require prior approval before shipment. Once approved, domestic clients will receive a prepaid insured return label. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
Inspection Criteria
All returned pieces are carefully inspected before a refund, store credit, or exchange is issued. To be approved, items must be:
- Unworn (no scratches, dents, or signs of wear)
- No resizing or alterations
- Includes original Sparkle Society packaging (box and pouch)
- Not a final sale item
Sparkle Society reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Depending on your bank, funds may take additional days to post.
Eligible Sizes & Items for Return
Returns and exchanges are available for standard sizes, including:
- Rings: Sizes 6–7
- Bangles: Size M (17 cm)
- Tennis Bracelets: 6.5”–7”
- Necklaces & Charms: Standard designs are eligible. Personalized or custom pieces are final sale.
International Returns
For international orders, clients are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and insurance.
We recommend insured shipping and retaining tracking details until your return has been fully processed.
Final Sale
The following pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Custom and personalized pieces (including engraved, bespoke, zodiac, birthstone, and crafted-to-order sizes)
- The Final Sale Collection
- Gift Cards
- Purchases made using Store Credit
Shipping & Fees
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
