Within the first 120 days from confirmed delivery, if your piece experiences a structural issue, such as a loose stone, clasp malfunction, or setting concern, we will repair it at no cost to you.

After 120 days, we are always happy to assist with professional repair services at a reasonable service cost.

Because fine jewelry is delicate and worn daily, normal wear, accidental damage, impact related damage, or loss are not covered under this guarantee.

We offer exchanges or full store credit, valid for 12 months toward any piece in our collection.
